Ivan Kramarenko
PhD Student | Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA)
I'm a PhD student in the Extragalactic Astrophysics group at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA), working with Jorryt Matthee. I study galaxy evolution at high redshift from JWST observations, mainly focusing on luminosity functions and clustering of galaxies. I am also the lead developer of Allegro - a next-generation Python tool for wide-field slitless spectroscopy (WFSS) data reduction and analysis.
Before joining ISTA, I completed a Master's in Astrophysics from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, where I did my master's thesis in the Galaxy Build-up at Cosmic Dawn group under the supervision of Pascal Oesch.
